To motivate, encourage, and inspire someone (yourself included) to do something, and to do it in unity with others.
So often we want, intend, say or promise to do something, only to fall short. We all do it. But what if we could close the gaps between saying and doing?
Kinduce helps all of us be improved versions of ourselves. It does this by keeping us accountable to our commitments for things that matter, beside others doing the same.
Kinduce addresses the “The Completion Gap”. That space between intention and achievement. That void between words and action. That inertia between merely saying and actually doing.
After years of researching both academic and applied science, as well as training with and studying the best practices of US Navy SEALs, Kinduce was born as the world’s first accountability app and platform.
We've helped 90% of our members, called Kinrollees, show up, follow through and finish strong for all sorts of things that matter to them. In short, we've helped lots of people achieve lots of things and avoid falling into their very own Completion Gaps.
Getting started is hard. Kinduce provides us with extra motivation and incentive to get un-stuck and to show up.
Momentum fades. Kinduce shows where we're at and how we’re doing to help us follow through.
Finishing is tough. Kinduce harnesses the collective strength of others and powers us to finish strong.
We at Kinduce look at The Completion Gap through a different prism. We don’t accept it. Instead, we focus effort to address it. Despite that more than 9 of 10 of us don’t meet our New Year’s Resolutions and nearly 8 of 10 of us join gyms and health clubs only to rarely attend, we won’t complacently tolerate this as the continuing norm.
Instead, it’s just a really hard puzzle that no one has solved. Until now.
We developed Kinduce with three foundational pillars that, together, help all of us show up, follow through and finish strong for things that matter. Combining behavioral economics, extrinsic factors and group dynamics, we’ve helped others change their lives for the better. Here’s how:
Kinduce raises the stakes by asking Kinrollees to put skin in the game in the form of a Commitment Deposit.
This gets our notice, keeps it, and nudges us to show up for things that matter when we can’t quite do it on our own. Showing up results in getting all of our deposit back — and possibly gaining even more simply for doing what we said.
Kinduce uses factors outside of our own willpower and internal voices to keep us honest to ourselves and to others.
Crystal clear visibility to self and to peers of how exactly we’re doing adds a valuable layer of accountability. This helps us follow through with our commitments and maintain momentum toward our goals.
Kinduce summons the infinite power of many to help us as individuals finish strong, because we are always stronger than me.
With unity of purpose, camaraderie and collective effort, individuals ultimately end up not just finishing, but finishing strong.
At Kinduce, we’re idealists. We look at the world (and in the mirror) and we simply believe. In our eyes, we’re all more capable than we think. We can ask more of ourselves. “Maybe” is a self-defeating word. Putting skin in the game matters. How we do small things is how we do all things. We are what we repeatedly do.
The past does not dictate the future. Choices shape outcomes. Reasons differ from excuses. We is always stronger than me. Showing up counts for just about everything.
We believe in us and we believe in you. So, after years of research and development (bordering on obsession), we poured all of our beliefs into Kinduce. We’re seeking those who believe what we believe. We’re seeking those who want to be Doers.
Doers unite.
